Look at the second photo - see the damaged emerald (far left)? On the owner's finger the ring looked just fine. In the magnified view, it's plain that the stone will come out one day and should be replaced immediately.

Items like bracelets and chains, that are too long to be photographically captured, can be put on a scannner, and the scan will become a part of your customer file (at your request).
